You have found out that you are expecting a baby.  It is the most exciting time of your life.  New parents are excited and astounded at the news.  However, quickly they realize that most first time parents are completely unprepared for the joys of having an infant in the house.

A regular baby crib is one that is the typical crib.  You can lower the sides on it.  Most are made from wood.  The colors may vary.  Some can be painted.  The mattress can be lowered as the child ages.  Some are styled in a sleigh bed fashion.  A drawback for them is that the crib does not change into any other bed.  Therefore, it is good for infants through about 18 months.  Prices vary again but cribs can be had from about $95 and up.  However, the sleigh variety or round baby crib can go way above $1000.
