When looking for a mattress, the first thing you want is comfort. For different people comfort has different definitions. For some, a hard firm mattress is preferred while others can only sleep on soft cushy ones. There are many mattress companies that produce top quality products that can last for years. For those who like soft mattresses, a pillow top mattress seems to be the best choice. Be warned, however, that even with top brand mattresses the pillow top may not stay in optimal shape for very long.
Sterns and Foster is a mattress company that produces luxurious queen sized mattresses. They incorporate the latest technology into their mattress design to bring you optimal comfort. The company has been around for years and is known to produce uniquely comfortable mattresses. There is one recurring complaint about one line of their mattresses, however. People say that the pillow top mattress has a tendency to sag after just a few months. This is understandable, as pillows that we use for our heads also sag, but the difference is that they can be fluffed up after use. You can not exactly fluff up a queen sized mattress, and you can t detach the pillow top either, so you may have to purchase a new mattress.
There is similar complaint with a King Koil mattress with a pillow top. King Koil brand is not as high class as Sterns and Foster, but they are known to produce good quality mattresses with many satisfied consumers. Their pillow tops, however, also sag after a short amount of time. The difference is that you pay a lot less for King Koil then you do for Sterns and Foster.
If you want a pillow top but don’t want to run into this problem, a great alternative is to buy a pillow top separately and replace just that piece as needed.
