Ingredients

660g microwave pasta
500g cooked, skinless and boneless chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup spinach leaves, washed
10 cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves
3 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Arrange the pasta and the chopped chicken with 3 tbsp water into a large baking dish. Cooked at high heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Add and stir in the cherry tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts, and continue cooking in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes and spinach has wilted. Season well with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.

Fish is meant to be grilled; the direct heat of the grill cooks the fish fast, easy and without removing moisture.  Whether fish is grilled on a cheap charcoal or an expensive Weber propane grill, if it is done correctly, it will be flavorful and juicy, not to mention incredibly healthy.

Making sure the fish doesn’t stick to the grill is an important part of grilling fish.  There are two ways to go about this; oiling the grilling surface or brushing the fish itself with oil.  Either way, just make sure you have a non-stick surface to work with.
